Well, you know how it goes. BBC, always jumping the gun. Did they even ask Greg Leahy if you can stick NES games into a Super Nintendo? Nope. Just ran with it. Typical.
Anyway, shifting gears. It’s like the only thing people chat about in Nintendo land is this big Donkey Kong Bananza. Heck, we’ll dive into it next week. But there’s more than just that, trust me. Like, if you’re the type who loves a good curveball, there’s this Pac-Man exploration thing. Weirdly, the news folks say it’s bigger than Montreal in Shadow Labyrinth. Not sure I buy that, but hey, who knows? Oh, and on Switch, you get a free upgrade pack. Nice touch. There’s also The Wandering Village, which is, well, a city builder on a giant creature. Yeah, really.
Other bits and bobs snuck past. New ArcSys fighter called HunterxHunter NenxImpact. From the Dragon Ball FighterZ team — should be wild, right? Neverwinter Nights 2 got ported, and there’s this Digital Eclipse doing Golden Tee games without trackball support. Strange. Oh, and some new publisher for God Wars. Is anyone keeping up?
Oh, and last week’s miss? Super Dimension Fortress Macross II got a shoutout on RFN, and yeah, an Aussie Rules football game popped up. But it doesn’t have licenses for a St. Kilda vs. Gold Coast Grand Final. Such a letdown.
Now, talk about five Dimitris! Pineapple: A Bittersweet Revenge, right? Priced insanely — eight bucks US, sure. But eighty Canadian dollars? For real? Someone must’ve been asleep at the wheel.

Ah, that’s enough listings and numbers. Sales and markdowns are running all over the place, like Another Crab’s Treasure sale ending… August 2nd? Check PSPrices or whatever.
Feels like I’ve been buzzing about games forever here. Maybe it’s time for a break, or maybe I’ll just dig through these other releases tomorrow. Or not. Yeah, maybe not.
