In a thrilling announcement during The Game Awards, industry veteran Mike Morhaime, founder of Dreamhaven, took center stage to share exciting news about the publisher’s upcoming game lineup. Morhaime, while chatting with Geoff Keighley, introduced us to Wildgate—a multiplayer shooter set in the outer realms of space—alongside updates on other anticipated titles like Sunderfolk and Lynked: Banner of the Spark.

Today, the spotlight was on Wildgate as we revealed two jam-packed trailers. This action-packed PvP shooter from Moonshot Games will have crews of four navigating endlessly vast maps, where they’ll battle rival spaceships, seize precious loot, and upgrade their gear to brave deep-space perils. This colorful, rogue-lite RPG mixes comforting town-building with intense combat scenarios. Set in the year 30XX, you’ll fight against a menacing robotic force using your Wyre grapple and gather allies known as Unibots. Collect and use their parts to build a thriving hub amid the ruins.
