With this accidental reveal on the PlayStation Store, this marks the conclusion of a long period of anticipation. Konami has been quite busy reviving its iconic Metal Gear franchise, which hasn’t seen a new entry since the lackluster reception of Metal Gear Survive in 2018. After rejuvenating some classics with the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1, Konami revealed their big plans by announcing a remake of the beloved 2004 Snake Eater.
